Here at hark. we work hard to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition.
We ask that all items are checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any defects or discrepancies you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We are unable to replace or refund items if contact is not made with us within that period.
We require that items are returned in their original packing and in unused condition. Items in any other condition will not be refunded. We ask that return items are packaged appropriately. Items that return to us that are damaged in the process will not be refunded. Delivery costs of returning an item are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Proof of return postage is required. Items will only become our responsibility once they are returned. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
If returning a defective or faulty product please contact email@example.com. We ask that you provide photos of the damaged product in your opening email to us.
